I really have to work my self up for 16 Degrees

So it was a balmy 16 degrees today BUT progress we must

I had to put a new drain line on the ice box which was a BITCH even with the hole cut it was at my MAX reach but the pan covers the drain so you have to do it RIGHT

Photobucket

Clamped back in place to drill the 7 holes and spot the locations in the SS beam

Photobucket
Pan back out yet again to drill and tap the holes

Glad i did not screw the layout UP or break any taps

Pan back in again and i really hope its the last time

  1. Thanks for taking the time to post your work, I'm in the market for a cal 29 and it's nice to go into it with eyes wide open'

Thanks for your blog, as I will need to do the beam soon too. Do you know if they're all the same? I've seen a online plan for a replacement that has a flat bottom, possibly for better drainage.
Also wondering if the old tabs could be cut off, and then have the new ones offset to the forward side of the bulkhead.
    Thanks, Bill
